Animal Policy

We represent all our animals as accurately as possible at all times. Our photos are not enhanced and it is always best to give your animal a chance to acclimate to their new environment before assessing any variation between the photo you see in our ad and what the animal looks like when it comes out of the shipping box. If you are not satisfied at that point with the animal, we offer a 48 hour money back guarantee pursuant to our satisfaction guarantee policy as stated below.

All animals must be returned in their original packaging at the purchaser’s expense and must be in the same condition as they left. Animals returned in any other fashion do not qualify for the money back guaranty. Should you have any questions or issues with a shipment, please notify us immediately via phone or e-mail and we will promptly assist in rectifying the problem.

To qualify for a return or guaranty and because we want everything to go as smoothly as possible for both you and the animal, the following conditions must be met:

  • You posses the proper knowledge and equipment to care for the animal you are purchasing
  • All packages must be signed for on the first delivery attempt
  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have read and understand our terms & conditions as stated herein

Methods of Payment

We currently accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card, Cash, Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders. Payment plans are also available for larger purchases.

Shipping

We currently ship to locations in the continental United States only.

We ship either UPS or FedEx Next Day Delivery, which guarantees delivery in most areas by 10:30 a.m. Unless otherwise noted, shipping varies by location and is not included in the price of the animal (please provide us with your zip code for a shipping quote). Our minimum charge for shipping is $45.00 plus a $10.00 fee for packaging materials.

We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week and do not ship animals on Thursdays or Fridays to minimize the risk that an animal will become stuck in a shipping facility over a weekend.

We will not ship animals if the temperature at our location or yours is below 60 degrees, over 90 degrees or during other extreme weather conditions. We monitor the weather and reserve the right to postpone any scheduled shipment(s) if we believe conditions to be unsafe for the animal.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live arrival for all animals when (and ONLY when) the following conditions are met:

  • You have signed for the animal and delivery has occurred on the first delivery attempt
  • Temperatures are 60–90 degrees in the area that the animal is being delivered
  • You agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein

If you meet the above conditions and receive an animal that is DOA please contact us within 24 hours of the animal's arrival. A refund or replacement will be made at our discretion. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of arrival we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an animal that you receive from us please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the animal. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of arrival we regret that we will not be able to honor any kind of guarantee.
